UX/UI Designer
The UX/UI Designers are part of the CX Team which is responsible to take businesses’ and users' wants and needs and translate them to simple, meticulous, dependable, and engaging experiences with digital [or not] products and services. We are working on a big spectrum of projects. From financial, insurance, wellness, food and pet you will get the chance to design exciting solutions to real life problems.
You will be working in a pleasant and professional environment in a dynamic and ever-changing industry. We are task oriented and work-hour flexible. A competitive remuneration package is being offered. This is a full-time position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other designers to create clear, beautiful, and delightful experiences that blend brand personality, interaction, visual, sound, and motion design.
- Iterate on designs to find the most effective solution.
- Contribute well thought and constractive feedback for other designers to ensure that visual design and interaction work well in tandem.
- Collaborate with developers and product management to specify and implement new UI designs with top-notch quality.
- Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and customer goals.
- Create designs for multiple devices and interfaces
- Illustrate and effectively communicate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to developers and other key stakeholders
- Maintain and implement design standards and processes
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in design, with emphasis in user-experience [UX] and user-interface design [UI].
- A design portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design skills as well as creativity and information hierarchy, from broad concepts to tiny details.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe XD or similar design tools [Figma, Sketch]
- A bachelor's degree
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Very good knowledge of English and/or Greek language
- Motion design knowledge and experience is a plus
